At Epic Imprints we provide custom silkscreen printing on clothing and apparel for all of Southern California. Silkscreen printing is one of the oldest ways of printing custom apparel and it is a process that involves pushing ink through a mesh onto the fabric of your custom apparel. In order to create the design the ink goes through the spaces created by the stencil opening of the mesh and when the ink is pushed into the mesh it sinks into the garment. When it comes to screen printing every color is printed separately so each color has a separate mesh screen. The last step of the silkscreen printing process is to let the ink on your t-shirt or custom apparel dry off. Based on style of shirt, quantity of shirts, # of placements and # of ink colors. Print time is normally 6-8 business days from the time of order and payment. Rushes may be available.
