How to place an order
Step 1 : Tell Us What You Need
Share your idea, quantity, garment style, and deadline. Not sure about any of those? That's okay, we'll ask the right questions and guide you through it. No design experience required.
Step 2 : Approve Your Proof
Before we print a single shirt, you'll receive a digital proof of your design on your chosen garment. You review it, request any changes, and give us the green light. We don't move forward until you love what you see.
Step 3 : Pick Up or Ship
Your finished order will be ready for pickup at our Baldwin Park shop, or we can ship directly to your door. We'll keep you updated on your production timeline from start to finish.

The cost per shirt goes down as your quantity goes up. Most of our customers see meaningful savings starting at 24 pieces, with our best bulk rates at 72 pieces and above. We'll always show you multiple quantity options in your quote so you can make the best decision for your budget.

Q: What's the minimum order?
There's no hard minimum at Epic Imprints. We work with single-piece custom orders all the way up to bulk runs of 500+. Pricing per piece decreases with quantity, so we'll always show you what different order sizes would cost so you can decide what makes the most sense.
Q: How long will my order take?
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from design approval. Need it faster? We offer rush production — typically 3–5 business days depending on order size and our current schedule. Always tell us your deadline upfront and we'll be completely honest about what's achievable.
Q: Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes — size breakdowns within a single design and style are no problem. Just let us know your size distribution when you request your quote.
Q: What if I don't have a finalized design?
Bring us what you have — a logo file, a rough sketch, a reference image, even a napkin drawing. We'll assess it and let you know what we can work with. For complex original artwork, we recommend working with a graphic designer first, but for most orders we can prep your files for production.
Q: Do you work with schools and nonprofits?
Absolutely. We regularly partner with schools, PTAs, youth sports organizations, and nonprofits across the San Gabriel Valley. If you're running a fundraiser or working with a limited budget, tell us — we'll do our best to find a solution that works.
Q: Can I see the shirt before committing to the full order?
We send a digital proof of your design on the garment before any production begins. For large orders, we can discuss sample production — ask us about this when you inquire.
